Intermission is a year of challenge and self exploration, a year of questioning the status quo while your heart breaks for those you see hindered by it. A year of intense personal scrutiny in an environment of safety and community where we are allowed the space to break ourselves and be renewed by Jesus Christ our Saviour.

Intermission for me was a transition, between high school and the real world; opening my eyes to what it really means to be a follower of God. It provided me with skills - skills to prepare me to go out and be who I am meant to be. Taking initiative and stepping out for God.

Intermission was a place where I was able to give God my availability. My personal God space. My comprehension of God has been tuned through some of the most amazing lectures and my exposure to mission through practical activity, has not only ignited my passion but new passion and enthusiasm have been discovered.

Intermission gave me a year to discover who I really am in God's eyes, what my true passions are and how to use them to fulfill God's purposes in my life.

An opportunity to grow, learn, be challenged and have fun in a supportive and nurturing environment. A year that will provide a foundation for the future at a critical age.
